Each athlete will be assessed and placed in the appropriate age/skill level group.
This group is for Athletes who are committed to the process of being eligible to play at the collegiate level. To qualify for this group they must maintain a 2.8 GPA Transcripts and report cards will be checked each term.
This program will build on physical, mental and emotional skills to prepare the athletes for the demands of college sports. Their schedules will mimic that of a collegiate athlete. We will walk through all testing requirements including eligible classes needed from grade 9-12. The recruitment process is fast paced and we will need the commitment of both the athlete and parents to ensure that the athlete gets proper exposure and requirements met.
Each athlete will receive their own nutrition plan as well as body composition reports. Each phase of the program will cover and develop strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, and skill-specific needs. They will also learn proper recovery techniques to decrease the risk of injury.
Outside sources will be available for Tutoring, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage.
