Small Group Training
Age 9-18

Each athlete will be assessed and placed in the appropriate age/skill level group.

Our small group program is focused on foundational strength, movement, and skills. We also work on mental and character development. We believe that once work ethic is developed their physical skills will soon follow. Each athlete will have their own nutrition plans created for them. Since we are a year round program, each individual will benefit from the different phases of development. We cover everything from terminology, strength development, flexibility, speed, power, and agility. We also touch base on goal setting, and positive mindset.
