Rookie

Age 7-11

1 Day a week

ARA rookie program creates a foundation to athletic movement.

PREPARE

Focus on mental preparedness, character development, building work ethic, athletic development, foundational skills, movement patterns, and proper running technique

PERFORM

Theory and technology, installing a healthy life style, nutrition, and body weight exercises.

PREVAIL

Create core strength and flexibility, create motor skill and athletic movement patterns, strength training preparation through utilization of body weight exercises, and basic weight lifting skills. As we know each athlete is different, we will modify the program specific for each individual needs.

Boost

Age 12-14

3 Days a week

ARA boost program will continue to build on the foundation created from rookie program. We believe that this is a crucial part of the student athlete’s growth process. We will be introducing our academic requirements, and teaching them that they are students first then athletes. We will continue to focus on increasing their athletic movements by introducing speed mechanics and light resistance training.

PREPARE

Build self-confidence and self-esteem, character development, mental focus, goal setting.

PERFORM

Training and terminology, strength development, basic functional strength exercises, flexibility.

PREVAIL

Enhance range of motion, speed development, light resistance, low level plyometric, core strength, agility and power drills.

Elite 7 on 7

Age 13-18

Jan to June commitment, 1 practice day per week tournaments and travel TBD

Our Elite 7 on 7 team is one way our athletes get to showcase their talents in front of coaches and recruiters. We travel down the West Coast and compete in tournaments as far down as Las Vegas.

Ready

Age 15-18

4 Days a week

Prepare to conquer your competition. This program is to develop strength, power, speed, and agility. Any athlete who wants to further their career in their sport must realize that training will be a huge part of their routine. We will be implementing our academic requirements as well. If the requirements are not met then they will not be able to train full time. This is a crucial part of their growth, development and preparation for postgraduate studies. Our student athletes will learn to balance academics with their athletics, and everyday life. We want them to develop good habits that will carry them throughout their competitive athletic career.

PREPARE

Broaden Character development, mental focus, and academic preparedness, knowing the requirements needed for their chosen college or university. D1 D2 D3 NAIA, CIS. Goal setting.

PERFORM

Living healthy balanced lifestyle, training and terminology, nutrition

PREVAIL

Advanced speed training, linear and lateral, advanced ploy’s, sport specific strength training, advanced flexibly, joint stability and mobility

Nxt Level

Age 15-18

5 Days a week

This program is for the serious athlete that is fully committed to going to a College or University. This program includes everything in the Ready program but taking things more seriously in the recruitment process. This program will include all guidelines needed to meet their divisional requirements, from proper scheduling of tests that need to be taken, classes needed, and proper exposure. This program will include an athlete profile on our website that recruiters and coaches will have access to. We will need a copy of their transcripts and highlight film.

PREPARE

Mandatory goal setting classes mental preparedness classes and health and nutrition class. Outside source for tutoring group tutoring package available.

PERFORM

Full monthly meal plans implementing a healthy lifestyle. Training and terminology. Proper recovery and regeneration, decreasing injury potential.

PREVAIL

Advanced strength and conditioning program, Olympic lifts, advanced speed and agility training.

All our athletes will be assessed at the start of their program so we can build their program to their specific goals and needs. Again if the athlete does not meet our academic standards we will not be able to train them full time.

 

Weekend Warrior

Age 14-18

12 1-on-1 sessions

This program is designed for the out-of-town athlete. It is an intense three-a-day workout program, over the weekend, spread out over two weekends in a month. It will consist of a lift session in the morning, a run session in the afternoon, and another lift session in the evening. Your program will be specifically designed for you and your needs.

Character development, mental development, goal setting.

PERFORM

Training and terminology, healthy lifestyle, nutrition

PREVAIL

Speed, Strength, agility and flexibility, plyometrics , joint mobility and stability.

Shape Boot Camp

12 week programs

The shape program provides men and women that are looking for a group environment to help them get motivated to make a healthier lifestyle change. This is an athletic based program, but will have different variations of difficulty for each exercise. We will stress accountability, give you direction and provide ample encouragement.

PREPARE

12-week program to help implement your new healthier lifestyle.

PERFORM

Metabolic training, and athletic movement. All levels encouraged, great for all ages male or female.

PREVAIL

A great sense of accomplishment once goals are reached or surpassed.

Force Strength Training

3 Days a week

An intense strength-training program in a group setting. This program provides men and women with a motivating, team oriented environment to train, burn fat, increase muscle mass and get in the best shape of your life.

PREPARE

12 weeks of high intensity strength training.

PERFORM

Body building exercises, plyometric training, HIIT, body composition tracking.

PREVAIL

Suitable for all ages, male or female, and fitness levels. Small groups, nutritional advise, and we will stress on accountability

Challenge 1 on 1 training

This is a personal training program consisting of 3 1 hour sessions per week. This program will be designed specifically for your needs and goals. Body composition will be assessed and tracked. A personalized meal plan and schedule will be made.
